The challenge

Bikkelhart had no easy way to analyse their Instagram performance. Data lived inside the app and there was no structured way to filter or compare posts.

My approach

Set up an automated workflow using Google Scripts and the Facebook Graph API to pull all Instagram posts into a Google Sheet. From there you can filter on best posting times, likes, reach, demographics and more. No manual export needed.
