The challenge
Keeping track of status updates and daily check-ins manually gets forgotten. Wanted to automate the reminders so they actually happen.
My approach
Built two Slack bots. One sends automatic reminders for status updates, the other posts a daily question to the team. Simple, but they actually get used.
