Donna Stam, trading as Donna Works, is responsible for the processing of personal data through this website. KvK number: 97772720.

For privacy-related questions or requests, you can reach me via the contact page or at contact@donnaworks.nl.

When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are collected and sent to me by email. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up.

The legal basis is legitimate interest: you initiated contact and expect a reply. Your message is kept for as long as is reasonably needed to handle the conversation, and deleted when no longer relevant.

The contact form is protected against spam using Cloudflare Turnstile. To verify that you are a human, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information.

This is handled by Cloudflare Inc. under their own privacy policy. The legal basis is legitimate interest (preventing abuse).

This website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Only aggregated, anonymised data is recorded, such as page views, referrer, browser type and country.

Analytics data is hosted by Umami Cloud and is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. The legal basis is legitimate interest (understanding how the website is used in order to improve it).

No tracking cookies are placed. No advertising networks, social media pixels or cross-site trackers are active on this website.

Your colour scheme and motion preferences are saved in your browser's local storage only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the server.

The following services may process personal data as part of running this website: Resend (sending and receiving email), Cloudflare (spam protection via Turnstile) and Umami Cloud (website analytics). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact me via the contact page or at contact@donnaworks.nl. I will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
